Founded with this vision from a cooking school, the company has now evolved into a confectionery manufacturing and sales business, primarily providing Japanese-quality sweets to everyone in Vietnam, mainly through convenience stores.
With over 10 years since its establishment in Vietnam, the company aims not only to introduce the goodness of Japan to the people of Vietnam but also to showcase the charm of Vietnam to a wider international audience. This led to the initiation of the Vietnam souvenir business.
Our motto is to develop souvenirs that symbolize the deep and captivating aspects of Vietnamese food, people, culture, and landscapes. As a team, we are dedicated to creating products that allow everyone to share wonderful moments in Vietnam with their families and friends when they return to their home countries.

Business Introduction
Operating cooking school
STAR KITCHEN was founded in 2013 as a cooking school. We offer an average of three classes per day in both Vietnamese and English (closed on Mondays). In addition to regular classes, we also provide private lessons upon reservation, often utilized as part of corporate team-building training.
As the first Japanese cooking studio in Vietnam, our target audience is Vietnamese customers, with approximately 90% being Vietnamese women aged 24 to 35. The participants are generally individuals interested in Japanese products and passionate about cooking. It's worth noting that many of our customers often purchase the ingredients and tools used in the class on the spot.
Vietnam Souvenir Manufacturing and Sales
We develop souvenir products for tourists inspired by Vietnamese specialty items, and we sell them in our own stores. Additionally, we wholesale to souvenir shops nationwide in Vietnam.
Our flagship product, "Banh Mi Rusk," has received tremendous acclaim and has been featured in four tourism magazines, as well as numerous articles and blogs.
Wholesale and Retail of Sweets
We conduct the sale of sweets for Starbucks, FamilyMart, and Seven-Eleven.
Under the brand "STAR KITCHEN," we focus on developing sweet products for local Japanese convenience stores in Vietnam and engage in wholesale distribution. This business, which started with an order for just ten cream puffs for one FamilyMart store, has now grown to manufacture hundreds of thousands of products every month.
